Craig has the unique experience of being recruited back to work with three previous employers at the executive level during his 30+ year career. (Nestle, American Seafood's and Eskimo Pie.

 

Craig's career journey began at Nestle where he was promoted to increasing levels of sales and marketing management.  He then spent 5 years with General Mills as Director of Sales.  Craig continued his career progression as VP of Sales and Marketing at American Seafood's and VP & General Manager of Eskimo Pie.  Craig was then recruited back as President of American Seafood's ($70M). From there Craig honed his strategic and facilitating skills in a 3 year stint at The Hale Group as a Strategic Management Consultant.  After Hale, Craig was tapped to return to Eskimo Pie as President. ($60M) After a few years, Nestle acquired Eskimo Pie and Craig spent the next 5 years at Nestle leading the $170M Foodservice Division.  During Craig's tenure at Nestle, the Foodservice Division won the Grand Award in 2010 and 2011 which is awarded to the top performing Division within Nestle.  In 2012, Craig became the CEO of Java City, a $35M national wholesaler of premium coffee to the Foodservice Industry.  During his tenure at Java City, the company achieved record profits.

 

It is Craig's sense of purpose and business philosophy that has inspired him to take the next step along his journey of life.  As President of Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS and CEO of Deft Maneuvers Craig combines his experience in facilitating and leading positive change for a broad range of companies.
