Christina Haxton, MA, LMFT is a Forum Leader with Executive Forums Colorado. Prior to joining REF, in 2000 Christina founded the Center for Sustainable Strategies, an executive and business coaching firm where she and her team provided solutions for business growth and leadership development for entrepreneurs to CEOs and nonprofit organizations.
With over 20 years as an entrepreneur and a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in working with professionals, business partnerships and family owned businesses, Christina also holds a degree in Psychology from UCLA, a Master's from Phillips Graduate Institute and a Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
Christina is certified by the Center for Executive Coaching as a Business Coach to offer coaching and proven frameworks for Growth, Succession & Exit Planning for small to medium-sized companies. Combining her training, education and experience in psychology with a keen business sense and unique perspective on strategy and leadership, Christina assists busy business owners and executives, to build a strong, purpose-driven company, achieve sustainable growth & avoid burnout.
