Alison Conners' has an extensive background in both sales and marketing, working across different industries throughout her career to successfully launch new divisions into various markets. 

Originally from Northern Virginia, Alison received a degree in communications from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. Since moving to Richmond in 2006, she has led a team of 54 sales and marketing professionals to achieve 40 million dollars in revenue over three years.  Besides being a trusted team leader, she has also proven to be an award winning sales director for the past six years. 

Alison currently lives in Moseley, Va with her husband and three kids.
