Dr. Kiu Leung earned a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He completed postdoctoral training at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire and received a fellowship in immunology from the Research Institute of Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. He was an assistant professor in immunology at the Waksman Institute of Microbiology at Rutgers University, Piscataway, New Jersey, and later at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
He has over 20 years of industrial experience in medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, biologics, clinical reference laboratory and clinical trials at Abbott, Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur, Specialty Laboratories and Covance.
His executive leadership includes leadership development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, research & development and manufacturing.
