Brad Scheller’s business career spans more than 30 years.  Initially working in larger public companies such as IBM, Pitney Bowes, Unisys and CSC Consulting, Brad found his passion helping to start, grow and (sometimes) sell ½ dozen entrepreneurial companies such as Numetrix, IRI Logistics, and TradeCard.  Serving as president, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner, and senior VP’s spots in Sales, Marketing and Operations, Brad has developed a broad range of business acumens centered on what it takes to start, grow and sell a business.

 

Key Highlights:

As VP Sales, Marketing, and Operations, helped launch an international software business into the US market.  Starting with promising technology assets, created awareness in the market, developed the strategies, and built the organization that resulted in growth from $0 to a $25 million revenue enterprise, along with ‘market leader’ analyst recognition.  Subsequently the business sold for $85 million.

As Partner in a $11billion firm, founded a new consulting practice targeted at an emerging niche market opportunity.  Beginning with a concept, a business plan, and no seed-money from the parent corp., became the highest generating gross-margin practice, employing 20 full time, highly utilized consultants generating gross margins in excess of $2.5 million within two years time.   These results led to the promotion to managing a larger, 150 person national consulting practice. 

As Global Sales and Marketing VP, turned around a VC-fatigued team during the post 9-11 recession, re-built and re-launched the company’s go-to-market strategies, programs and field operations resulting in +700% revenue growth and numerous fortune 1000 company-making wins.

 

Current Work:

In 2009 Brad started his own business, Pivot Point Consulting Group, and joined the ranks of Executive Forums to help businesses, both large and small, as an independent and trained facilitator, coach, and consultant in developing growth strategies, and execution/accountability systems.  Brad works with the CEO/owner and the leadership team to harness their passion and ambitions for growth into a tangible system for growing the company.
