Aquiles Nunez is President and creative force behind Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS for South Florida and an affiliate of and an advisor to internationally-recognized Gazelles International, founded by Verne Harnish author of “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits,” and dedicated to helping fast-growth companies.   

Aquiles is a former Fortune 500 executive and brings over 25 years of leadership and executive experience in Strategy, Business Development, Executive Coaching and training, Finance, Banking, Compliance Risk Management, Governance, Credit, Leadership Development. 

Over the years Aquiles has been recognized for being a strong people leader and successfully coaching and influencing senior executives while leading and developing high performing teams.  He has a strong international and multi-cultural background. He is skilled in leading large and complex global projects, understand and leverage technology to drive innovation and change.

Aquiles is also Managing Partner at Quantum Compliance and Ethics Solutions.   He provides Compliance Risk Management Consulting services, and delivers leadership and coaching for senior leaders and compliance and risk professionals enhancing compliance leadership and team effectiveness, communication, and ability to manage difficult situations and strengthen partnership with the business.    Among his key clients are Financial Institutions and Fortune 500 companies across the Americas, Latino America and the Caribbean.  

Prior to owning Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS, Aquiles worked for Royal Bank of Canada and American Express in senior compliance leadership VP roles as Head for Latin America, the Caribbean, the U.S. and Canada.   He worked in Strategy and Financial Planning for a major Pulp and Paper Company in Mexico and for a major multinational firm in Japan. 

Aquiles holds a postgraduate degree in Japan-American Business from the University of Hawaii and a Master in Business Administration in international business from the University of Texas.  His bachelor degree is in Financial Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico.
